Q: Do you just produce PMMA diffuser? How about PS and PC diffusion plate?
A: We have over 13 extrusion lines for producing light plastic sheets, besides the PMMA diffuser sheets, we also provide PS diffuser sheets and PC diffuser sheets.
Q: Do you just offer big diffuser sheet, could you help us to cut to small size and different shape?
A: We not only offer the big size of light diffuser sheet, we also have our deep processing workshop to proceed products, cut to different size and shape, UV print on the diffuser sheet, thermoforming the sheet to be different shape like blister light box or ceiling light lamp cover.
Q: How many days for samples delivery? Is samples free of charge?
A: The samples of existing specification products which has stock is 3-5 days, and the sample is free of cost; The customized samples need 7-10 days, the customized samples’ cost is negotiable.
Q: I don’t know which transmittance is suit for my product, how to choose the right one?
A: We have professional test equipments, you could send us your product and we will test our existing product, find the suitable one for you, then we will send you the diffuser for confirmation; If the existing one not match, we could customize the diffuser plate for you and send the samples to you for your confirmation.
Q: Do you use recycle Or new raw material?
A: We never use recycle materials, we only use 100% raw materials.
Q: Could you accept LC for payment?
A: We could accept LC payment, we are very familiar with LC payment process, many big buyer pay us through LC.
Q: Have your products passed through the laboratory test? Have gotten the qualified certificate or not?
A: We are an ISO9001 company, we have our own Lab for testing, besides, al ofl our products have been tested by SGS international laboratory and gotten the qualified certificate.
