1. Customized raw material for customers
The raw material we use normally is from famous brand at domestic and abroad
Such as FCFC,CHIMEI,CNPC,MITSUBISHI and LG.We could use the materials from these brand according to customer requirement;
2. Cut into different size and shape from plane sheet
GUTE TEK has deep processing workshop for the sheet,we could cut the sheet to small size and shape with CNC router machine, laser cut machine,slotting machine and drilling machine. And also laser dotting to make different lighting distribution for different visual effect.Also could UV print different photo and design on diffuser to get the decorative effect.
3. Through heat the sheet again to make different shape for blister advertising light box,ceiling lamp cover and decorative lamp
GUTE TEK could process the sheet with vacuum forming and blow molding to different shape, also could hot bending the sheet to make different shape on different application.
